I've finally got around to making master file/image lists (i.php and f.php) as well as top image/file lists (popimgs.php and popfiles.php). The latter two URLs are subject to change. You can also access them by clicking on the appropriate header on the main page.
The top listings currently just list the top 100, and aren't paginated. Master lists are paginated at 50 per page. There's not currently any plans to add depth to the top listings (after all, it wouldn't be a top list if it listed all of the files). The main listing pages currently don't have the right sidebar, this is something that I'll fix soon.
I've also added an RSS feed for the news. Coming soon will be feeds to uploaded images and files.
